Interior question

Thinking about taking all the plastic stuff off from the floor of my jeep, and all the foam and fabric off the roll cage bars. Has anyone had any problems doing this? I really don't see the harm but figured id get some input. I already took the carpet out. I get it wet and muddy often.

Do it.

Post photos when you're done.

I, myself, wouldn't take the foam off the bars. It's there for your protection. It could mean the difference of dieing and surviving a rollover. I know of someone who was killed by his roll cage in an accident from head trauma.

Well, i took the ones by my head off about 3 years ago so my handle straps could fit. So taking off the rear wouldn't really make a diff. Sux about that dude ;(. Rollovers and spiders in my jeep are my biggest fears!

I grew up on a ranch outside Austin...don't know how I avoided them. Rattlesnakes were a constant. Anyway, went to college in TX, worked in Dallas, Houston, Austin and Amarillo, never saw a tarantula there till I was in my 20's...killed that f***** with a shoe in my laundry room. Would've blasted it with my Mossberg if I'd had it nearby.

Makes you think about getting into bed at night.

God has a seriously twisted sense of humor.
