I have. 2013 JKU, with stock head unit w/ Bluetooth. After the IOS update, jeep still sees phone, but calls don't work. Tried re-synching the phone, no change. Anyone else have this problem
Sounds crazy but delete the phone out of the UConnect system then pair it up again with the new software. I had to do this when I changed software before on the Iphone.
Have you tried putting it in the microwave for the first charge after the update? I don't have an iPhone but from what I have heard, you can charge it via the microwave...:rofl2:
You and me both. Coming from Ford's MySync on my '12 Explorer, I'm finding the 430n a bit lacking in just about everything related to integration with the iPhone (and the user interface, pretty much--never thought I'd say that, but there it is).
Count me in as someone willing to kick in cash if this does work.
Yes but it was the same with iOS7. Only phone calls and streaming audio from apps work.
No visual voicemail, no Siri (it wants to use the car mic but doesn't work), no audio for notifications (either on phone or car speakers).
I used to get notifications through the system when a text would come in but that has stopped now. I have had issues with the system freezing phone calls when a second call comes in....this makes it so neither call is active.
Thanks for the video, it's exactly how it used to work on my 2008 Chrysler Town and Country but I don't remember which exact radio I had. Are you sure we can load this on a RHB in a 2014 Jeep Wrangler? Mine is running 50.00.07.
Also, does it modify any other aspect of the radio?
Thanks
