i have the ipf head lights and they are not that good,, better than stock yes, but no were as good as the pictures they have posted in their test, and yes the are mounted correctly. my low beam is scattered and blinds on coming drivers.( lots of drivers flashing their high beams at me ) my high beams do not shine anywhere near the light the test pictures show....... i wasted my money.
Did you adjust the aiming of your headlights? I'm lifted 2.5" and have the same headlights. After adjusting them, I haven't been flashed in two years since having them. I've driven mixed city, suburbs, highway and county roads at night. Also make sure the lines of the headlights are straight vertical and not angled.
The only thing I did with mine was replace the included IPF bulbs with Sylvania Xtra Vision. The Xtra Vision are better then regular replacements but not as bright as the Silverstars.
Dead even at the ballot box, so far (with one popcorn-eating fence-sitter). Then again, there are peeps who think the stock Wrangler headlights are decent. :nonono:
