Unhappy Ipod

Have 2013 Sahara with Uconnect. What adapter do I need in order to play Ipod thru the stereo? Tried a few and nothing seems to work. Thanks!

I think there is a USB in the center console? At least I thought I read that somewhere.

Beachtime, there is a usb in the console next to the power plug. Also have a 2013 Sahara and owned it for 3 months before I found it. After reading multiple post on this forum about the usb I got a flashlight and took a really good look and sure enough there it was.

The USB port in the console is part of the connectivity package.

I believe it can be added after the fact, but someone with experience doing so would have to provide the part numbers - I'm not sure on them.

if Uconnect was installed after the factory build of the vehicle, then you'll need PN 82212160, about $35.

Maybe my bad beachtime, I was assuming you had a 430 head like I do. 2013 Sahara Unlimited, connectivity group & 430 radio there is a USB in the console next to the power plug. I can't vouch for any other configuration. :-)

Pull the cover off lower right side, you will find your USB port, really a flash port for downloading music and jpegs to the internal hard drive

That USB connector on the radio will not play audio from an iPod. You either need to use the factory connector that would be in the center console, if it was installed after the factory build then it may be in the glovebox or if it was installed after the factory build it may not have been installed because it is considered an "optional" cable from Mopar.
