Is freedom worth freezing?

So I left my doors off last night to prove a point to my wife that wranglers like to be naked and then this morning on my way to work I froze my butt off. I like the freedom of no doors and the road noise is comforting. How many people ride around year round with there doors off?

I would but it only gets down as low as the 30s here (AZ) occasionally. I've been going topless and sometimes doorless since I bought my JKU in December.

80 here today. Top's off the Jeep. Haven't pulled the doors off yet, but only because I don't have any other mirrors to use yet.

Coming out of a JK's furnace, that just might melt the skin off your bones.

My doors and front top panels are off right now. But I live in Phoenix, and it was 91 degrees yesterday, and in the 80s today, so climate dictates!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't even do it in southern AZ. It's 50 degrees here in the morning and with the wind, even cooler.

Since my JKU has been topless since December i've kept it like that.... have i rode around on rainy or crap days? naw..

You need one of these:
ACE Engineering Lava Jacket

With many days this winter reaching -40c with the wind chill here in Ontario Canada you would literally freeze to death without your top and doors...lol

In the 70's here in Vegas the freedom tops are off. Little cold at 5 am but love it in the afternoon.

I rode around over Christmas break topless/doorless with the weather in the 30s. Blasting the heat and bundled up in thermals, a heavy coat, gloves, and a knit cap it wasn't bad. That ACE jacket is on my list of things to get for next winter.

Yeah, it's been down to something like three degrees F here. Had to clean the ice and snow off the Jeep this morning. I think I'll keep the doors & roof on...

They can come off this summer for a while.

That ACE jacket is on my list for summer - top and doors off, running the A/C into my jacket when it's 100 degrees - nice!

(working in my favorite movie quote) Is freedom worth freezing? We use words like honor, code, loyalty. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very FREEDOM that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said thank you, and went on your way, Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon, and stand a post.

I wish, but this would've been a tough day with no doors. Even with my lava jacket.

I can't understand what your writing here but I'm an American that bleeds red white and blue. I currently serve in the worlds greatest Navy and proud to serve this country. So yes I feel entitled to use the FREEDOM.

Another one from Olathe here.

I'd love to have the doors off. But with lousy weather, we may not see anything over 50 degrees till April. This is about the coldest winter I can remember in KS (only been here 15 years).
