Is it possible to remove the steering wheel cover?

Last night it rained on my open 2012 jeep and now I don't have any controls on the steering wheel or light switch/turn signals/wipers. I want to open up the steering column to allow it to dry and hopefully solve my problem. I undid the two sets of screws (one philips one torq)and can't seem to get the horn cover off that has the Jeep on it.

Any one know how to do this?

Thanks,
Ron

I guess it really doesn't matter if the clock spring is F'ed -will need a dealer to check this out on my next oil change next week.

Ron:

Check out this thread! http://www.wranglerforum.com/f33/how...jk-244540.html

My reply post on the above thread cites a good website with instructions on how to remove it.

Good luck!
Maren
