Is there difference in the suspension or lift? If I bought stock Sahara or Rubicon wheels, would it fit onto my Sport without a change in lift or suspension?
If you're talking stock for stock, all will work. The suspension on Sahara and Rubicon are "Heavy Duty" but there is no factory lift or anything. IIRC Sahara stock wheels are 18" where most other JKs are 17". Not an issue for fit, just changes your tire options for those wheels.

Hang on....did anyone actually look at the picture?
OP has a base Sport, not a Sport S.

OP, the wheels will work, BUT....your stock tires are 29.1 inches. The Sahara tires are 32.1 inches. You will need to have your speedo calibrated. Either have the dealer do it, or buy a Procal.
