is this a clock spring issue.

My esp/bas light, the traction loss light , and abs light are all stuck on and have been for a few months. Nothing with the airbag light though. Iv had. Stearing allignment done didn't fix it,

I am running 33's and haven't had Speedo recallibrsted. Could this be the problem?

Iv taken all the clips off for the sensors on the wheels and cleaned up and still can't fix it.

Likely not a clock spring issue, due to no cruise/horn/SRS complaints..and I believe the steering wheel angle may be a different component all together.

What are the stored fault codes?

I think there is a key on/off procedure floating around online, any tuner will do it, any auto parts store will also do it..

Is your steering wheel straight when you drive in a straight line?

Just found a different way to check. And it'd shows 6 dashes then flashes done but I constantly have those 3 lights on and cruise control doesn't work

I had the esp bas and traction lights come on after wheeling a few weeks ago and noticed my steering wheel wasn't quite lined up. Made a little adjustment to straighten the wheel and poof, the lights went out.
