Is this a jeep?

We are dedicated players of the jeep game. Driving through the back hills of Clyde, North Carolina I found a jeep and called it, but Mike says he's not sure it's a jeep. What do you all think?

Yeap. They were even called "Willys Jeep Truck" IIRC.

Still see a few well restored ones around.

Wow! That's VERY cool! Any pics you care to share?

Mike also told me that this might not have been the right forum to post this in. If I goofed, my apologies to all.

They're still installing them with Edison bulbs! You didn't know that, Mark?

I had a 54 Willys Overland version of that very model. Superb machine for basic bare knuckle 4 wheeling anywhere.

Yes, that's a Jeep.

Negative. My 53 lights are better than my stock 2013. I am not kidding.

There's a handful of similar Willys out at my gun club.....all of 'em are running serious upgraded engines/running gear. Most of 'em don't have the body buffed out this good.

They are both sweet looking jeeps!

Red certainly seems to be the popular color for them when they are restored!
