Wow it has been a long time since my last post. Since I have been gone, I have lifted my JKU with a Teraflex Budget Boost, added 265/75/16 Duratracs, and American Racing wheels. I have been off road a bit, it really unties the knots of stress from work. I went on an organized rally, went on a guided off road tour (a real blast) almost rolled backwards... almost is a funny word...I like it better than rolled a littlebit. As I gain experience and some sense, my skills grow. I am looking into a lift that will give me some more articulation and perhaps some taller tires. My jeep has had its own problems. I have had 2 failed throughout bearings, one that damaged the clutch. Dealer replaced stating the bearings are not great, its a roll of the dice to get a good one. I have been driving stick since 1986, it is not my driving style that wrecked the bearings. As of now, I smell the distinct odor of antifreeze, I am less than thrilled. if it is the radiator, I want to replace with an aftermarket. Time will tell...Funny thing about this vehicle, I still love it. If it were a commuter cage that was giving me this trouble, I would have traded it in! I am glad to be back on the forum!

I use photo bucket to post pics on here. It'll give you different html codes to choose from to post. I just recently (weekend of Christmas) took my Jeep on a small off-road path that was a bit muddy. First time since I had her too and that was way over due.

I do want to go more, I just wish I had peeps to go with and learn.
