Jeep and warranty? Is everything hassle

Jeep warranty a joke?

I have a 12 arctic that because of the special interior has two small rips in both front and passenger..
I bitched and they took pictures and agreed to fix from the uppers ( decision makers)
Then also asked about the recalled intercooler part and they said yep we will get one ordered.

6 weeks the part for recall is still on national back order and arctic seat material still not in.

Well, I can see a recall part being on back order. Once that part comes in, get the seats fixed at the same time.

Patience.

I'm assuming your talking a out the seats. Do the polars have different material? If so, I can see why it would take a while.

Ive pretty much loved all my jeeps but i dont love chrysler.... Right now i think the problem is they are a victim of their own success.... They cant even pump out enoungh wranglers to keep up with demand so they dont focus on righting the wrongs they just focus on sales..... They are wrong..... It does amaze me how such a mature model continues to sell like crazy!

I have been waiting since Dec 5th for the trans cooler recall part and still nothing. The Arctics were a limited run and they didn't make them the entire model year, so you can't expect those parts for your seat to just be in stock.
