So, long story short, my 2013 jku sport with 60,000km has been played with issues since new really. Including an over heating issue that hasn't been addressed yet. But the current issue is a cam position sensor error. It has been at a dealer since July 5th and has had, new timing chains, new cam position sensors, new cam phasers, new engine harness, and a new ecu. Since nothing has fixed the issue I'm getting frustrated for not having my vehicle I'm paying for.

What are the odds anyone else has gone through anything similar? Is there any point in going to chrysler for anything at all?

I feel your pain, I also have a 2013 which it seems I have driven more with the check engine light on than off. At 600 miles it needed a new head left side. Since then, in and out of the dealers (dealers because I travel full time) to address check engine lights for cam position sensor. After several dealers and multiple sensor replacements they changed the camshaft itself. Since May all has been good until today, the Check Engine light reared its ugly head again. I have an appointment on Thursday to have it checked. Uggg!

I remember one other person with issues like this that posted here. I think it finally went to the Lemon law and the dealer brought the Jeep back.

My jeep has been at the dealer going on 8 weeks for this exact issue, that I've had on and off since the day I picked up my Jeep.

Open a Customer Care Case, and hope to god you don't get Analee. Then ask for it to be escalated to Legal...

I escalated it last week, I still haven't heard back. The SM at the dealer has been calling daily and unable to reach anyone as well. I think I'm stuck in Jeep Purgatory.

I'm just about ready to involve a lawyer as I've seen no movement at all.

Easier said than done, it's hard to find a lawyer that practices lemon law in Nevada. I found one place based out of FL or something that can do Nevada Lemon Law. Plus kicking off that process creates a hostile relationship with the dealership and the manufacturer. (I've been down this road before)

Since the OP posted his mileage in km I am guessing he is from Canada and we don't have Lemon Laws as such.
