I just got my first two and was wondering if anyone has a good place to put them on the Jeep?

Some say that you should not put them on the Jeep. I disagree. I completed Imogene Pass last fall and I wear my one badge (so far) right below the trail rated badge on the left side. I really like the badge of honor program and hope to earn more soon. Congratulations on two!

I might get some flat decal versions made when i earn them so i can keep the originals. (On a work visa at the moment so would be a nice memento to take away with me if i have to leave)

Incidently, i am driving to redbird tomorrow and jeeping on saturday to get my first ones. So a few OT questions,

Could you only get 2 done in a day?
How was trail 4? Its meant to be tough in a JKU.

I know I did more but can't remember but haven't been able to log into their site to work on finding out and getting my Marble head one.
Trail 4 was tough I got the most damage on that one. For the unlimited it will be tough just because you are longer but if you are higher and disconnect your sway bar and oh ya air down you should be good.

I am not sure if there is a limitation other than the amount of time you have in a day to get more than two done. One thing to keep in mind is that you must check in near the trail head. I missed out on one badge because the cell service was bad right at the trailhead. Try to check in near the trailhead when you see decent cell service otherwise you lose that trail.

Also, for those that have never seen the badges in person they are very nice. Jeep is spending some coin on this deal for sure.

Ya when you have no cell service there is no way to log in but when I asked customer service what do I do if I was there she said if there is a picture then try and send it in and you might get one then. But again getting into their desktop site is a struggle. They are very nice.

I went to Hot springs, Arkansas last weekend and did all 3 honor trails in a day. You can also take pictures of the trail signs and send them to the jeep honor program if you can't log in due to phone service. I know it worked for my brother.

Ya when I spoke to customer service a lady told me that I could try to send in my Marblehead pictures and see if I could get my address for those but everytime I try to login to their site it won't load so I got to keep trying. Glad to hear though that it does work that way too.

That's a Badge of Honor, too. But you don't have to wait for it to show up in the mail. :tomatoes:

I centered mine on the Trail Rated badge and used a small level. Here's what mine looks like.

I was at the Jeep Safari at Moab late March and my stinkin badges arrived 2-3 months later. A couple were back ordered and those arrived 4-5 months later. I now have 6 badges on this side of the Jeep and I started putting them on the other side (centered on the radio antenna).

See ya on the Trail!!!

Wow really cool. Wish I would of done something like that but honestly didn't think once it stuck I couldn't fix it. Oh well.

Wow, I guess they are still way behind. I cannot remember how long I waited for my one badge, sorry. They will come, hang in there. I did contact a Jeep guy once and he claimed they are reworking the app and planned on a wait time of 4-6 weeks. It sounds like they have not accomplished that.

mine have all showed up with in about a month or so.

some are tougher to earn than others. I am leery of putting them on or in my rig because I go thru vehicles like some people go thru tooth brushes. Also on the outside I can see some jack wad stealing them. inside maybe on the tail gate.

Wow that is so cool. Ya I am one to change vehicles a lot too but trying not to for the first time, that is why I got 100000 miles warranty. For someone to steal I don't see that happening since I can't get mine off since I put it on crooked.

I just submitted for one today. 8-12 weeks... Looking forward to it though! The support (Mike) has been great.

I concur - I didn't want too many on each side (I am happy with 6 per side) either. I'll start putting future ones on the inside of the tailgate.

It's fun when kids (young and old...) ask about them and each badge has at least one story to share.

PS Silvercreek - since you're Airborne, check out HigherPeaks.org If you know of any wounded vets and their families that we can help, please let me know.

I just wish there were more closer to me. Due to expense, I'm sure they don't want to have 100s of trails - I get that. Time for a road trip! :)
