Jeep grab handles

Hi all,
I got my jeep about 6 months ago (2013 JKU). It came with some nice Jeep logo grab handles. I put them on the roll bar where the driver and passenger get in. They have a long strap that runs through a plastic buckle. A lot of the strap hangs out of the buckle and kinda flaps around... every now and again the strap will get caught in the window (passenger side) when I roll it up making it impossible to open the door (I have to run to the drivers side, and roll the window down to get the strap out), and potentially doing damage to the weather stripping of the door/window.

There is a couple obvious solutions here but I thought I would ask.... do you guys have this issue and how did you fix it?

Grab Handles

I have a 2013 and just figured that the driver has the steering wheel to get in and while he/she is driving. The passenger has the handle by the glove box. However, the passengers don't have a grab handle. I like the Smittybilt handles for the passengers. They go right over each door with nothing hanging. See this link:

I cut the excess off then took a lighter to the end so it won't unravel.

This is my plan but I thought I would see what others had done. I like Ashumtoy's response of putting them in the back but it would have the same issue.. .also... EFF the people in the back, I am worried about number 1!!! Also the jeep came with two sets so I have them in both areas.

I do notice that my passengers really use the handle, perhaps I should slow down a little.
