jeep "lurching" question

At low revs my jeep is having a bit of a "lurching" issue like its real jumpy. Im changing plugs and air filter tomorrow. im thinking it may even be the fuel filter possible im not sure though, because there meant to be long service and i just hit 100,000 kilometers. any thoughts? and for a side note i also a bit silly and i run my car really low on fuel sometimes cause i cant be bothered getting off the freeway on the way home from work

If you run your fuel very low it has negative effects on your fuel pump, and can cause sediments to be transferred to your fuel filter. Change your fuel filter for sure, and try to fill it when you hit gas light rather than running on fumes.
