Jeep Pulls to the right after disengaging 4wd then binds up before it releases

I have had the jeep out on the trails many times. I just had it re-geared to 4.88's and installed ARB air lockers front and back. Everything seemed to work fine while out on the trails. The lockers engaged and disengages as i turned them on and off. The first time I noticed the problem was about 60 seconds after I went back into 2WD. Once I got off the trail, but was still on gravel, I put it into 2WD. After about 60 seconds or so, there was a distinctive pull to the right. I countered the pull with the steering wheel at about 11. Then a few seconds later I get a large noticeable clunk and the steering frees up. At first I thought I had a rock or a stick jammed in somewhere. I got out and looked the front suspension and steering over to see whet the heck broke. There was not noticeable damage. Then about four hours later after wheeling again, the same thing happened.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
