Hello everyone! I've been reading advice since I bought my Wrangler. I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler JK. I've spent the last 2 hours reading the Cheap Mod posts lol. Got some sick ideas out there. I have some questions because I'm in the process of getting new shocks.
I currently have a 2.5in spacer lift kit on it, with 33" tires. Can you guys give me some ideas in some long lasting, good shocks.
I agree Witt both ^ but there's a rebate ending June 30 on the Rancho shocks.
Rubicon shocks run $100 ish
Extensions $50-$100 depending on brand
Another $100 or so will get you a better shock. 9000 adjustable shocks are around $225 (after $100 mail in rebate)
4" lift, 37x12.5x17 MTR, Rock Krawler, Teraflex,Synergy

Thanks, I'll look into it.

Lol, I'm not into cheap mods. Just trying to find some good shocks I don't need to change in 5,000 miles.
The FREE Rubi take-offs I tried were barely marginally acceptible as good as the OEM Sahara ones I thought were worn out.
Rancho 9000s adjustable will make you smile.
get in--buckle up--hang on

I got my Rubi take offs for $75 and they came with 18/60 springs as well.
Since I am not running enough lift to need extensions, it was excellent an value. I think that if I needed to buy the spacer kit at roughly $100 as well, I would have chose the Rancho 9000's, especially while the rebate is available.
