Jeeps, Views & Photography

Ok, so I got my Wrangler day before yesterday. Now I need to take her around and show her a good time.

While there are plenty of beautiful places to visit in the United States that are easily accessible by any vehicle, I'm looking for places that maybe off the paved road, but are accessible via trail. One of the reasons I bought a Wrangler is because I like nature, hiking, and spectacular views that are off the beaten path. BUT, I HATE, HATE, HATE to walk... and thus, expect the Wrangler to take me there instead.

That said, if anyone's got details or pictures to share of such hidden/little-known places... please post here. I'll keep adding 'em to my bucket list.

Thanks in advance, and happy Jeeping!

Get to Ouray, Colorado and just go nuts...lots of trails down there with spectacular views...and a bit of variety in the difficulty of the trails.

I can't help but think of the Scrubs episode where JD takes Kim bareback riding on the beach when I see this picture!

Does look gorgeous though.

My one week old (at the time) 2011 Sport and friends.

This was on the East side of Imogene Pass between Ouray and Telluride CO.

Lol. Climbing parking dividers in strip malls isn't offroad enough for you? I feel your pain.
