Jerry Can options

First, is it jerry or gerry? Anyway, Im looking for some options to carry maybe two 5g jerry cans full of gas. Difficulty: stock bumpers. I was thinking about one of those trays that attach to the trailer hitch but that may stick out too far off the back, but that would kill my departure angle. Is there anything available to mount behind the spare tire? 10 gal of gas should be around 60 lbs. Would that be too much extra weight on the tailgate? It would just be there on transit and when the destination is reached, we would refuel and remove the cans.

Jerrycan , germans made the can during WWII and were nicknamed jerrys. I use the "I-RACK" to carry a jerrycan. For spare tire support I use either a dual hitch extender or an ajustable hitch flipped upside down.

I have seen a couple different designs. There is a new one that mounts behind the tire, but I cannot find where I saw it right now.
Here is one option.

How do the rotopax cans lock on? Is it a desperate key lock?

You can either get Locking mounts or non-locking mounts. If you order two at the same time you can get them keyed alike. It's a great system. I've got them on my spare tire carrier. A 2 gallon gas and a first aid kit.

Here is a tire carrier swing that will hold 2 Jerry cans and your high lift behind the spare tire. It even lifts the spare higher to help with departure angles. Great videos on the site as well.

2 rotopax 2 gallon cans and 2 rotopax storage cans with an or-fab tire carrier. I love this set up.
