I am in the process of upgrading my lights and switches as well. I found the A-Pillar switches from Rugged Ridge and decided to go with them. The beauty of the pillar switches is the ease of installation. The panel below them removes easily and there is an unused firewall plug (at least on my -o7 JKU) just forward of the panel.

This demonstrates just how much of a hopeless Luddite some of us remain despite incredible technology.

While the switch panel itself overwhelms, I'm having trouble understanding why I need to do all that stuff.

I know this thread is a couple years old (sorry mods) but this thing looks epic!



May have to get this instead of an Spod, looks like you can even use this for your winch controls!
