If anyone have the same problem and managed to fix it.

Any idea what is the cause of the creek sound?

have you tried just tightening all the screws in the plastic and around the window?

My JK had squeaks everywhere till one day I took the top off and they all went away... Next time I put the top on and tightened everything up good they stayed gone away.

Don't be afraid to turn screws! Its a jeep!

Update

The problem is fixed by loosening the 3 driver side roll cage to windshield frame bolts and move the jeep to a flat surface then tighten them ahhhh its really nice to be in a jeep free of noises.

Next is cluncky steering.

Glad it's sorted. Hunting squeaks feels like a full time job sometimes.

Just found this thread, have a new 2014 and just got this same annoying squeak on the way to work this AM. I'll try tightening everything as described when I get home, thanks for posting the help/fix.

If you don't like squeeks, you bought the wrong vehicle. Your jeep will never be permanently squeek free and that is mostly because of the removable top (hard or soft, doesn't matter).

Over time the rubber weather seals squeek just from the constant vibration. They'll leak sometimes too, and again, it is usually a matter of removing things, caring for them, and putting them back on. I've seen lots of remedies, some make sense, some don't, but none are permanent.

And of course if you go off-road, any previously killed squeeks will be back.

But for a mostly road jeep, loosening everything for a while, move it to a flat place so there is no torsion on the frame, then retighten often fixes things.

Door rattle is a grease trick to fix, suspension clunks are often swaybar end-links, list goes on and on. They are built to go anywhere, they are not built for comfort.

Indeed I became more of a squeak resistant by time no more over thinking about them like before its a part of being a keeper but again some times you still deserve a quite vehicle for daily drive.

With cooler weather a family of squirrels moved into mine, or the seals just needed a conditioning.

Either way, I went over all the seals in the doors and hardtop with boeing t9 wax.

I could not believe the difference.

I had the the exact same problem as you only on the passenger side near lower windshield. I check everything possible. Any bolt I could find I checked. Didn't matter top up or down. Soft top or hardtop. Inside and out. Took it too the dealer last week and it ended up being the bracket that supports the folding windshield. Turns out that the sound was coming from outside not inside. But the sound resonated through. Now here's the best part. I checked all the outside bolts and screws. They were tight. The bracket somehow must have shifted while hitting the trails and was slightly misaligned. The mechanic loosened it, repositioned it and then tightened. Haven't heard it since.

My Jeep clicks and clunks over just about every bump or when I turn the steering wheel to far in either direction. As someone else alluded to, it's a "Jeep thing" and I just deal with it. It is sometimes embarrassing like when I pull into my driveway and the Jeep makes eight kinds of noise with my neighbors standing there, but I've got a Jeep and they don't.

Check your sway bar. Mine was clunking, I just needed to tighten it.

Wrap some black electrical tape on the little deal that your doors locks onto when shut. I did it to all my doors. Sound is gone.

I realize I am reviving this thread, but I this thread saved me from insanity. I had a creek sound coming from the passenger side whenever I hit a bump. I loosened the pillar screws slightly and heard a small creek, re-tightened, and the sound is gone! Thankyou!
