JK Horn

I hate my factory horn on my 2010 Rubicon unlimited. Looking under the hood and trying to keep it in the same vicinity as the old horn there's no room. Does anyone have any idea where I can mount the horn without major wiring surgery?

I've got double air horns behind my grill in front of the radiator and a 1.5 gallon air tank with a compressor underneath my rig. It was the only place I could find to put the horns and compressor.

I didn't know if you meant p(R)etty sound, pety pound (weight) or pety (minor) pound (sound)

OK OK OK OK--no it's not REAL loud, but is louder that the stock Parakeet burp !!

Kinda sounds like a cow trying to get fed !!

I also hate the single note horn on Wranglers. You would think that for $25,000 to $35,000, Jeep would supply dual note horns as standard equipment.

For some reason, they must think that Wrangler drivers don't care about the sound of their horn. I'm sure the Grand Cherokee has dual note horns though.

I'm adding a vair compressor and tank to my JK. Once I finish the install I'm adding an air horn. I want either a semi or train one that's loud enough to make who ever is in front of me to jump a few feet out of their seat and pee in their pants. Driving in the DC area you find a lot of folks doing everything behind the wheel except driving. So I just want to wake them up. 8-)
