I talked to some one at AEV about that same issue cause I am looking at the AEV 3.5" or 4.5" premium kits for my 2010 when I get home from the sand box, A.K.A Afghanistan. He said the front drive shaft hits the auto trans skid plate under full flex and the install instructions call for leaving it off after the install is complete. So I agree with Mark, and aftermarket skid plate would probably do it. Or a smaller diameter drive shaft.
