JK Owners with Dana 44's

Hey guys. I have been working with my Dynatrac rep on the JK axles, and it seems to be that there are some JK's out there with Dana 44's that have 12 bolt diff covers, like the Nissan Titan. We all know that this axle is sort of a "bastard" axle from the "regular" 44's but this is a new one. All dana 44's EXCEPT the Titan and now some (it seems) JK Dana 44's, had 10 bolt covers. So, My favor I ask is this. If you have a D44 in your JK, Could you please go count the bolts in the cover, then post the result here, along with the Model, and Build Date of the Jeep. Also, if its a 2 door or 4 door.

My Rubicon 2 door with a build date of 12/06 has 10 bolt covers front and rear. We are trying to put some type of similarity together here, and any help would be great!!!

Thanks!!!
Joe

you can pm me about any dynatrac freebies i will get for being the first to reply

The build date should be on the vehicle information tag, that is on the lower part of the drivers DOOR, not the jamb. As for freebies, I'll put you in line right after me..... Thanks for checking.

I have an 08 JK 4 door Sahara automatic. The window sticker says it has a Next Gen Dana 44 rear end. It has 10 bolts on the rear diff. It also has 10 bolts on the front diff. How do I find out what differentials I have. Build date is 4-08.
