JK Soft Top Wind Noise

I have a 2007, 2 door Wrangler with a soft top. The passenger side experiences all kinds of wind noise at 55 mph or higher. I can pull down on the soft top and the noise is much less. I have read of guys using duct tape...etc. My question is...does anyone make a wind deflector that I could attach directly above the windshield to the header panel? I can/will come up with my own setup if I can't find a vendor out there selling a solution.

Anybody heard of anything?

Thanks,

Rick

The 07 header panels are notorious for being slightly bent ip on the passenger side.....I have replaced several for this concern....it should fit even off the header across the whole front...Gary

I can see where the soft top is slightly deformed where it meet the windshield header. What is the solution for adjusting the curve without damaging the soft top? I still think a simple wind deflector mounted to the windshield header would fix it...no one make anything like that?
Thanks,

Thanks,
If the top isn't meshing with the windshield frame, you may want to take it by the dealer and have them look at it. Chances are there is a defect in the header and Jeep will replace it under warranty.

Appreciate the input. I will get the vehicle into a Jeep dealer and have them look at it.

Thanks again.

as a side note before you install a soft top you should leave out in the sun for a few hours. the heat will let it form to the jeep better. we did our shops jeep and the top was flapping all over the place.
