JK's w/ 35" Tires and 3.5"-4.5" Lifts - How tall is your Jeep?

I'm trying to figure out if my garage can accommodate a JKUR with 35" tires and a 3.5"-4.5" lift. Can you guys please share the height of your Jeep? (not including the roof rack if you have one)

Thanks!

You can estimate it. Say you have 32 in tires now. The diff is 3 but only half that is applied to the height. Then add your 3.5-4.5. So in reality you could be 5-6 in higher now. I would add some play in there.

I think a stock JK is 70.9 for the small 29" tires, 71.9 for the 31", and 72.9 for the rubicon tires so if you went from 31s to 35s, and got a 4 inch lift like me, you'd add 6 inches making it 77.9 inches. I my wifes JK and mine barely fit in our garage! I actually adjusted the garage door limits (through the adjustment screws on the side of the opener on the ceiling) that brought the door up to it's max height so I think I have about 3 inches to spare, just enough to go a little bigger or add an LED light bar but that's about it lol.

Holy cow, that's pretty close! I haven't gotten mine yet (waiting for my 10A), but I'd be pretty disappointed if I couldn't get it into my garage.

Mine measures 77 inches withe hard top on. That's an AEV 3.5, with 35" MTR's, and heavy front and rear bumpers (winch and spare carrier on AEV bumpers).

The soft top will be higher, but I put the lift on over the winter and haven't switched out tops yet.

Damn, I was assuming I would be fine. My work garage is 6'10 and my home garage is standard (7'?). Work is no prob because i can get high-clearance parking but it better fit into my house garage.

I guess I will find out on Tue (home) and Wed (work).

On this thread here, the guy installed a 3" Rancho lift and his roof height is just over 76" with 35" tires. I know it's not 3.5 -4.5 as the thread asked, but figured I would post.

This tell me I will be fine. I'm guessing I will have 3" or so at work and maybe 5" at the home garage. Thanks, I will find out for sure soon enough.
