JKU Rear Passenger Door Lock Issue

I have a 2009 JKU with Power Door Locks, just recently the rear passenger side door won't lock, all other doors will lock when I hit the Fob or power lock button on the door, but not the rear passenger door. I can manually lock it, but not with power.

I check the plug connection on the door and it's secure.

Any ideas from anyone?

Thanks!

Does the window (if you have power windows) work?
May be just a bad lock actuator

Yes, power windows work.

How easy/hard is it to replace the lock actuator?

I had a weird occurence a week back when I put my doors back on. I had doubled pressed the unlock on the keyfob on my way to the jeep. All doors except for the rear passenger door were unlocked after putting them back on. I had to crawl into the jeep to reconnect the wiring and lock/unlock the jeep to get that door open....

It has worked normally since.
