Just Jeeps Austin vs Jeep Master for lift install

Hello,

I wanted to get a more current report on these two shops so I'm sorry if this has already been covered in another thread.

I think I have decided on the TF 2.5 coil lift for my JKU14. I have the tools to perform the job and have done suspension work in the past on trucks and cars however I currently live in an apt and no place to do the install.

At this point I would like to have a local shop in town perform the install so I was wondering which one would be better to take it too. If y'all know of any other professional shops in Austin to take it to, please chime in. My concerns are mainly quality of work, price and turn around time.

If anyone wants to help a fellow Austinite with a little weekend lift install at your place for a case of beer, I am friendly and easy to get along with.

I took my Jeep to Jeep Master's for an alignment and some welding after I put my lift on. I was impressed with them and would definitely go back if I needed to. I don't know anything (good or bad) about Just Jeeps.

Hi there!

WhiskeyMike and I have installed three TF lifts now, and have a shop out back where we work on our jeeps and help friends <nudge 042> with their jeeps.

If you'd like to get together one weekend to install your lift, send me a PM and we can set something up.

Woohoo wrenching party! We'd be glad to help spend your money too... Just to make sure you have everything you 'need' for the lift

I'm in as well. It will be nice not being the one spending the money. Always like Star's wrenching parties.

OP, pizza and beer will be much less expensive and you get to meet some local Jeepers.

And now you've met the recipients of the other lifts, OP.

Wrenching party sounds good! It's been too long already!

Awww man!!! I really wasn't expecting this level of generosity. The Jeep family is real!

My wife and I would love to take you up on this offer. I am going to get a parts list together and set a date with y'all. Thank y'all again. I am very pleasantly surprised.

Sounds good! We'd love to meet you both!

Let me know if you need a recommendation for a place to buy.

Man, you guys are awesome! Maybe I can convince y'all to have another wrenching party when I am ready for my lift in 6 months or so.
