Keep it up! Let's see Detonator Yellow JK's!!

Since we've seen green and red JK's, I would like to see anyone that has a Detonator Yellow JK and what mod's you've done. Inside and out!

Mine is a 2008 JK. I've put in Smittybilt Neoprene seat covers and Smittybilt G.E.A.R. overhead console and tailgate cover. I bought it used, so don't know what the previous owner did. I seems higher than most stock JK's, don't know if it has a lift or if its just bigger tires.

I have an entire list of mods I want to do, but need a full-time job first.

We have the only Sahara with the coloured top that I have seen. I saw 3 Sport 4 door locally. Ours is all stock and will stay that way.

I think that looks great with the color matched top and fenders! There certainly aren't many of them around, I'm sure.

Wow, I'm really surprised at how not many have not changed their jeeps from stock. The JKUR looks nice with extra lights on the front.

I like the stock look, but I want to give it a personal look. Looking at the other posts of the red, green, and black jeeps owners seem to have done more mods. I think with the yellow we have one of the best colors to work with when doing mods. I hope to soon start doing some mods to make mine look less stock. And chrome will not be on any of my mods.

my problem is that i am in college and working..... so my money is paying it off first before i think of doing anything. Also doesn't help that the dealer i go to is a bit of a prick about mods.

Thumbs up and a wave to all of you. Yellow was my first choice but they didn't have one on the lot so I went with the Mango Tango. I love it but I will always have a true appreciation for the yellow!!!

I like the front bumper. Interesting look with the black grill, I kind of like it.

How do you afford something like this if you're still in college? Parents?

It's an awesome color, which reminds me of the Tonka Toys series that my brother got to play with. That bright, primary color-yellow that appeals to the kids in all of us. I saw one the other day, in the south-Bunker Hill region of Houston. Wow!

Yellow is a great color for Jeeps, it just seems "right" somehow. Golfsgods '08 is the first rig with the AEV wheels where the yellow center cap actually looks right for it.

Only have been able to afford simple mod's so far. 2" coil spacer lift, 1.5" wheel spacers, Cover King seat covers, bug shield and Mopar door sill guards. Loving every minute of it though!

Here are a few of mine, with the Freedom Panels painted Yellow and Installed/Removed. Mods are listed in my Sig. Just before Summer, I removed my Soft Top completely, and ordered the Bestop Duster/Bikini Top/Windjammer Combo set. I left the Freedom Panels on, and have only installed the Duster and Windjammer. No recent pics of those installed. I will work on that.

Cheers!

Its time for a Det Yellow from downunder!

Still got more I want to do, but I've only had it 6 months, and the challenge is getting the time to do everything.
But it is FUN!
