Why would you need to take them off so often?
I don't even remember the last time I had to remove those, maybe when I yanked the stock flares, couple of months ago, or the factory air damn last year, in either case all that ended up in my trash cans. I don't think I've anything else at the moment that uses those push pins anymore.

There's some that hold the front grille on. I've had to remove mine a few times to service the winch that's recessed in my front bumper and also to add brush guards to the headlights.
Lol those things suck! Once removed those damn plastic rivets never are the same. Go to Lowes or depot and on the fasteners aisle they have drawers with specialty fasteners. You should be able to find replacements there for the ones that no loner work properly.
Blue painter's tape. Just lay out a strip. Stick the fasteners to the strip, then lay another strip across the top to "capture" the fasteners. Make the top piece of tape either longer, or shorter, and stick the whole length to the hood hanging down.
It sticks out to remind you, and keeps the fasteners from getting lost.
Get a magnetic tray and stick that to the edge of the hood. Put the fasteners in it and you can't forget because you can't close the hood without moving the tray.
