yes, they don't fit in the holes on the rails. so you have to shave a few millimeters off on opposite edges of the washer.

Hmmm interesting. Hahaha! I think I'm gona try an get my steel tomorrow or Friday and weld my set up Saturday. I just need to get some tube bent for my steps then.

Thanks. I have been planning them a while just needed some good weather and a free weekend.

This is my rough design. To spec an all. Not sure if I am paying for them to be bent or if I will weld the halves at a 90 fitted on jeep. Prob some frame mount brackets at some point as well also. I am hoping to get a good price on the bent tube as well if not my buss has a bender and I'll just buy some schedule 80.

Are the ace 3/16 or 1/4?

Not the tubing the steel plate. If I get some it'll just be 1.5 .120 wall. But I'm not sure if I get schedule. I'll just look at the website I'm off work in a few

Yeah it doesn't say but I would get 3/16 since they are 50 pounds for the 4 door.
