Largest tire for 2007 Sahara Unlimited

I have a 2007 Unlimited w/ no suspension conversions. Currently it has the 18" stock wheels that I am replacing with a set of MT Classics (18x9)that I found on Craigslist nearly new for $400/set (good deal I think?). The stock tires are 255-70-R18. What is a larger size tire that I could go to without having to worry about rubbing? Thanks!
