Leak! ...but I think I know why.

We've had a couple of nights of hellstorms- but today I decided to take my wife out for some backroads cruisin'.

She noticed the seatbelt on the passenger side was wet- so I looked for a source.

It seems- and I've seen this before- that the piece of the right rear canvas "window" doesn't want to stay in the top of the vertical channel near the top of the door. This left a fairly obvious open "pocket" at the top of the foremost vertical section of that quarter panel piece.

I undid it all, and tucked that piece in snugly. We'll see if that's all it is.

I believe so.

Incidentally, we had a great day of cruising rutted back roads out in the country- it's 65 and grey, and the Sunrider was open allowing us to enjoy it all.

We picked up some barbecue on the way home- and I'm about to tuck in to grub. Catch y'all later!

You aren't installing the windows in the door surrounds properly. They roll into the channel so that only the stitching is visible.

It sounds to me like you're not tucking it in well enough.

Try only zipping a few inches of the window before you tuck the embedded plastic strip into the vertical channel in the door surround. Only after it's firmly tucked top-to-bottom should you complete the zipping.
