Leak in front passenger side

So I have the soft top on the jeep right now. Everything sealed up properly. There is a bad leak coming from somewhere and I don't know where. The top drips down into the rubber seal on the door and that is fine but there is a puddle of water in the carpet. It happens every time it rains. I cleaned it out yesterday until it was damp. Now it's pouring rain in NY and it happened again. Puddle. I looked under the glove compartment. Dry. No sign of water coming from anywhere. Drain plugs are closed. I don't know where it's coming from. Anyone experience this and know how to fix this problem??

Most leaks tend to come from the bottom side of the door. The water builds up on the door sill and gets in past the seal and runs over top. Mine does it a little bit. Make sure the weather stripping is seated properly. It either runs over top of the plastic onto the carpet or in behind the plastic moulding. There is also a big plastic plug up underneath the dash on the side inside. There is it a thread on here that explains how water can get in past that. The thread is called why the 2012 leaks under the passenger floormat or something like that. Hope this helps.
