Leaking fluid near the pitman arm... Steering box?

Was checking my suspension today and found some fluid on my pitman arm. Im guessing my steering box is right above the pitman arm and its leaking fluid? Will post pics tomorrow. Jeeps got 120k and im on 37s.

I saw a website that had a new box for 700 bucks... Any thoughts on a different one? Is this something I can get around paying labor for and just do it myself if I need to replace?

I would replace it myself, with one from a wrecked JK.
