Its possible the weather stripping or seals are worn/cracked/dry. You can get some more from Lowes for not much mucho. Try searching the forums in the JK section on leaking soft tops. There are a bunch with good info.

Are you sure its leaking? Iíve been told JKUís never leak.
Are you under some type of warranty? I hope youíre not paying the dealership each time you bring it in. Iíve never tried to fix mine because its under warranty for the next 2 years 7 months and 13 days. Mine is going back next week for the fifth time. You'll get some suggestions here soon. Good luck.

I bought my jk used and the soft top leaked bad in the rear. You could see the waterproofing they put on the inside seam was falling off. I spent 500 bucks on a bestop Trektop and am now leak free. I would check the seams and edges for possible places water could get in and then decide how to address it. Mine seemed to far gone to fix.

We are all here to help you. Where exactly is it leaking? There are more seals and moving parts at the front corners. And nothing much but fabric, frame, and zippers at the rear corners.

is it right over door locks? If so, that's an easy fix that will only cost you some weatherstripping from Lowe's or Home Depot.

Mine leaked like crazy....new weatherstripping and it stays dry as a bone even with the crazy downpours we sometimes get here.

thanks for all the great ideas!
this is my 1st time using a forum.
the leak is in the upper front corners which travels down behind the dash into the floor board. this last time the dealership swears they got it all sealed, but we will see! i'm not a jeep diva, but don't like driving a sponge!
have a great day to all!

Check the weather stripping as Shell suggested. Also check to make sure that your header seals are not dried out.

On consumer reports there is a large amount of complaints about this problem, with some class action suits being filed and won. Just FYI.

Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (JK) Reviews - JeepReviews.com

They say if you've been to the dealership 3 or 4 times to contact them.

Found on consumer reports forum.
"I have some new info for everyone on here with a 2010 or 2011 Jeep Wrangler. I received a letter in the mail from Kimmel & Silverman (free legal representation) regarding water leaks in these vehicles. They have already helped over 65,000 consumers of these Jeep models get a new 2012 vehicle or all money back from your deal with a turn in of the vehicle with problems. Just call (412) 566-1001 to start your case with them. They have compensated over $160,000,000.00 in new vehicles and monetary disbursement to owners of these problem vehicles."
