My 2010 soft top does not leak. It has when I installed the door surround
improperly. That was my fault and I learned real quick how to do it right.

Edit: I have been through some torrential thunderstorms over the last
two summers and it has not leaked in any of them.

I think that if you read the fine print there is a clause that says that you understand the risk of leakage and agree NOT TO SUE!

In most states they limit the ability of companies to exclude themselves from law suits due to suitability for a particular purpose or warranty. Did you read far enough down in the fine print?
