Leaky Rear Window

Anybody have leaks at rear window on hard tops? Water runs down the inside of the window. The last time the little hatch had water layin in the bottom. The seals have been replaced three times!! My 07 4dr. came stock with 16 inch steel wheels. I bought 17 inch alloy Rubicon wheels with 32 inch MT tires off of EBAY. The dealer is now saying the spare tire is too heavey for the rear door, causing the leak. I say B.S. If this was true it would not cause a leak at the top of the window! These new wheels and tires came stock on some 07 models. Does the Rubicon come stock with stronger rear doors or hinges? If this is not resolved, I am thinking about demanding a soft top. Any thoughts? West Virginia does have a lemon law.

I would agree with you on the leak at the top. With the door closed it is supported on both sides of the door. Also I doubt that the two models have different beef on them.
