Lift advice

After a lift does the tie rod need to be adjusted? I just lifted my jeep 3 1/2 inches and am experiancing the vehicle shake violently, but heres the kicker- the steering wheel doesnt shake at all, btw the shocks are brand new and in perfect working order

Did you torque down everyting according to spec?
