Lift help - OME or Teraflex

need some help on Lifts. At the moment I have two different garages quoting me same price for OME and Teraflex 2.5" lifts.

OME includes springs plus shocks
Teraflex includes springs, shocks, exhaust spacers and steering stabilizers

I am a bit confused..shouldn't components such as spacers and stabilizers be part of both lifts??

I am based out of the UAE so there are few Jeep experts around, and the ones that are here, just want to rip off people!!!!

Can someone share feedback/opinions on which lift kit would be a better option. My wheeling is purely sand/desert driving, so lots of nose dives into sand bowls, side sloping and bumpy tracks.

Here is how the Jeep looks like right now I love it but I am afraid I will break the bumper one day so am looking to lift it ASAP.

Stabilizers rarely come with lift kits as the factory stabilizer doesn't effect the height of the vehicle. The exhaust spacer is specifically for the 2012 model Wrangler due to the new engine, so it wouldn't apply to older models. If you're doing mostly sand, I would suggest taking a look in to the Teraflex PreRunner lift kit as it is designed for faster driving.
