Lift needed ???

Is a lift needed to correct for the added weight of a new bumper and a winch, later a few lights?
Winch will probably be the new Warn winch with synthetic cable.
In the process of ordering a 2012 Unlimited Rubicon which I believe has stronger springs.
In the past owned vehicles like a used 4x4 Ford van with the conversion having been done by Advanced Four Wheel Drive Engineering of Salt Lake City.
The previous owner had put massive bumpers on it. They must have weighed 400 to 500 lbs or more. Never sagged.
Also used to heavy hydraulic industrial winches.
With that background, 100 lbs for a bumper and 100 lbs for a winch seems minor. However, I am not an expert in Jeeps.
So what am I overlooking?
At first wanted to avoid the cost of a lift for now. Is this something I will need ???

Need? No mod is needed but rather justified one way or another.

Mount the winch see if/when you desire to lift later. By the way...you will.

A very simple mod you can do of you dislike any sag to the front end (beyond the stock rake and added bumper/winch) is a small spacer kit or Teraflex leveling kit. Inexpensive and can be done in the garage at home in a couple of hours.

After I mounted my metal bumper and winch on my stock suspension I saw the front end drop by 3/4"...
