Just had a 2.5 inch rock krawler stock mod lift installed with 35 inch tires and I'm now hearing a lot clicking and banging noises is this normal or should I have this looked at ?

Clicking and banging isn't normal on any new lift. I have the same set up and have been clang free for over a year. If it happens when turning the wheel, climb under and have a buddy turn it back and forth. If it's when driving, check that the bumpstops were put in the correct way. They can be installed backwards and end up hitting a bolt that will break it apart. Start there, if nothing obvious, go over it from front to back and torque everything down

This has happened on a couple RK kits that I have had. It gets better with time. At least mine did.

Not to be stupid, but my 3 year old son decided to help me work on the Jeep, and put some bolts he found in the holes in the frame. Made quite the ruckus until I was able to get them out. Maybe the shop dropped something in accidentally?

Also, what did you do for caster correction? Stock mod is just a starting point and needs bump stops, shocks and caster correction added to it.

I had some light clanking with mine. Turned out to be the front sway bar links. Installed JKS Quicker Disconnects and the clanking went away.
ok so I did some testing lastnight drove it in an empty parking garage trying to figure out if I could pin point where the noise is coming from its definitely front and back going over bumps and when I just coast and my foot is not on the gas

It could be the exhaust doing the clanking. You might need to add spacers to prevent it. If you have custom exhaust then this could be it. Im not sure about stock exhaust. Look under and see if your exhaust is coming in contact with any new parts associated with the lift.
