lift springs vs. pucks

Like to say hi all new memeber here. I bought my first jeep a month ago. It's a 09 jeep unlimited x 4wd. I want to lift it 2.5in but looking for the best ride I would say. So I know I want shocks with my kit not just the extenders. With all that said will I get better ride out of the lift springs or lift pucks. Thanks in advanded

Welcome to the forum! Depending on what you are looking for, search for the Teraflex performance leveling kit and then add shocks. Its a pretty moderate leveling kit (I recall it lifts the front 2.5 inches and the back 1 inch). I plan on either OME or Bilstien shocks in the future-but the stock shocks are working fine at the moment. The ride is close to stock.

I will be installing the Teraflex 1.5 inch Performance leveling kit next Sat. It comes with four coils and front sway bar links. The front coils are 2 inches and the rear are 1 inch taller. I also have Rancho 9000xls to go on as well. I'll chime back in a few to let you know how it rides.

Mine (technically my son's, but, mine until he gets his license!) is a daily driver and the teraflex performance leveling kit is pretty great. You can get larger tires if you want (I added 275s and could go larger). I drive over 75 miles a day and I'm very happy.
