I have an '09 2-door Rubicon with the stock 4.10 gears, auto trans, 2.5" coil lift, 35" tires on aftermarket wheels with 4.5" backspacing, and Superchips Flashpaq. No clearance issues, but I don't have the stock Rubi rails which if you do, might need to be trimmed in the rear. If you have the stock front plastic air dam, you may need to trim it or remove it. I've heard some say you need an aftermarket wheel with 4.5" backspacing at most, and others that say the stock wheels with 1.25" spacers (resulting in 5" backspacing) should work. I know someone who's using stock wheels with 1.5" spacers (resulting in 4.75" backspacing) without any clearance issues. I'm not heavy on the gas pedal, so I can tolerate the loss of power, however regearing is still on my mod list, just not high on it.
