Lighting upgrade suggestions...

I've been getting that mod bug recently. I'm not ready for a lift but I do want to improve the headlights on the Jeep. I don't want to add any addition lights at this moment but it seems like the fog lights do a better job than the stock headlights. I've read that HIDs aren't very popular (not sure for the reason) but what upgrades have you guys had good experience with?

I just put on the kc Hilites 7" H4 conversion replacement headlights. They are 1000 times better than stock and the price is not too bad ($110 at quadratec). Took me 20 minutes in 25 degree weather to replace. You can get them from several places and there are write ups on this forum on how to do it (they do not come with instructions). No complaints from me.

I bought the same and I'm not super happy.
High beams are BITCHEN but low beams leave a lot to be desired.

Not sure what to do now since I tossed my stock lights

See my link below...JW's.....and ARBs, that is all I need. The ARBs are the brightest led lights I have ever owned. Prepare to spend some Benj's to cure your mod fever..lol!
Oh and yes the stock headlights suck..I can't believe they pass DOT lighting standards.

I installed the IPH H4 headlight conversion kit. It was around $180 from Quadratec. They are much much better than the stock lights. Now that I have had them for a few months, I would definitely install them again.

Delta and IPF have h/lamp conversion packages, bulbs, wires, housings .. check Quadratec.. several replies refer to these and these are easily installed.
