Installed the decals this afternoon. Easy to work with. Looks awesome. Here are some pics.

My daughter wanted in on the second pic showing her approval.

These look pretty cool. Any feedback on the install process? Any difficulty on installs (or suggestions)?

I found it awkward to get lined properly on the inside of the window, but I have no talent in this field so....

My wife does a LOT of scrapbooking so she has all the cool little cutting machines to make all kinds of stuff including stickers. She made me these for the side of my jeep. Think I'll have her make me smaller ones for the windshield.....I really like that

I saw that too. Just figured the pic got flipped somehow. Do they switch the wipers on the RHD models?

Could you direct me to the post in this thread where the maker of these decals is offering these for sale? I don't see one.

I ordered and received a set of these. Wasn't too thrilled that there was a fold every 8" or so. Didn't seem to affect the installation, though. Now, me, I really affected the installation. Really think that you'd have to drop the windshield down so you can get at it. My next attempt will be to trim the backing to be exactly at the bottom line of the decal. Maybe then I'd be able to see where to place it.

If you spray the windshield with a soapy water mix, it will keep the decal from sticking immediately. Then you can put the decal on and move it around until you get it exactly where you want it. Then leave it alone for about 30 minutes or so and the sticker will adhere to the window.

I learned this after I completely botched it the first time.

Yup, I used to do this for a living and thats what we used. A mild hand soap and water. but very very little soap too.

THANKS!!! So then do I bite the bullet and pull the backing off of the whole decal, or just try to do 1/2 at a time? Now I can't wait for the decal to arrive. I ordered two sets just in case I screw it up again.

Wish I would have known about the soap trick. I started the install process and knew it was not going to go well so I cut the decal into manageable sections (mainly cut out the Jeeps with a inch or two on each end) and then applied it to the windshield. Turned out great!

I found it best to just do about half at a time. If you pull the whole backing off, it's awkward to finagle the whole sticker into that tight space and it will start to fold back and stick to itself.

Does the soapy water trick work with any decal, like on the body? How do you make sure no air bubbles are stuck behind the decal?
