looking for a cover

OK, so here is the deal, and before I go into all this, I have read almost every thread regarding covers, but none really apply to me.

Situation: I have a leak on both sides of my Jeep that seems to be dripping from somewhere between the top and the doors. It is hitting the inside door handle which is then splattering all over my seats and dash (actually speakers) as well as onto the floor. I have awesome waterproof seat covers, so that is not an issue. More worried about the floor rusting and speakers going out than anything.

Here is what I am looking for. I need a cover to go over my Jeep, regardless if the top is up or down or the doors are off or on. I need it to be waterproof and would like to be able to store it in the Jeep when not using it. The "best top" is what I would like, but it seems to only be good for when the top is off. I have looked at the rain gear and those seem good, but wasn’t sure if it covered both, top up and down. Lastly, I liked the Mopar one (cab cover) but read it is "not that waterproof" and doesn’t work well with the top off. So, I am asking the professionals? Any suggestions?

why not just take it back to the dealer and have them adjust the doors/seals so it doesn't leak anymore? they aren't supposed to leak.....well, not that much anyway.

just saying.....

I bought it used and unlike any other car manufacturer, warranties do not transfer to second owner. Dealership wants to charge me $100 just to look at it.
