Looking for JB status insight

My JKUS was in paint on Monday and today is day 4 in JB status. I know this means shipped to the body vendor and I am guessing it is to put on my tubular side steps. However this is the 4th day there and customer service still cannot give me an estimated ship date. Also, this morning, the cs rep told my husband (I made him call to see if he could get more info.) and he was told that the car has been put on hold twice but they couldn't tell him why. Has anybody else had these issues or can anyone offer any insight?

Things are probably different now but, early 2012ers who ordered packages that required being shipped to vendor, JB status, had very long delays... weeks, in some cases IIRC.

You might try searching for posts on "JB," or "body vendor," or the like in the massive 2012 thread.... Or you could just read the whole thing...
