Loose bolt securing factory sub to body tub

Is there anything I can do to fix this? I can't access the opposite side to see how the bolt is supposed to be secured at the head side. The bolt just spins so I can't tighten the plastic covered bolt to secure the sub enclosure.

Can you access it by taking out the tail light? If you can get to it, but still can't fix it, grind it off and put a new one in its place. Get a hex head bolt and put a nut on the cabin side

I don't know if I could reach through the tail light. The loose bolt is the one closest to the rear seat.

I don't mind grinding the old bolt off if necessary, but how would I fit a new bolt in facing up towards the cabin if I can't access the opening from the bottom of the Jeep? If I put a nut on the inside, the sub wouldn't fit perfectly either.

Could I put in a new rivet or nutsert? If so, how would I get the new piece to attach to the body and not spin too?
