Loose rear panel latches causing flapping?

Hey guys first of all thanks for your time. So I purchased a 2010 Wrangler two door with only 8k miles four months ago. When I purchased the vehicle, it seemed like the latches were kind of loose in the back but the guy at the Jeep dealer said it was normal. No issues at all but after the first time(last month) I took off the top I started to really notice the rear windows expanding quite a bit when the windows were closed, and really were sucked in when the front windows were open. I went to a Jeep dealer that's much closer to my house to get an oil change today and asked the service guy about my issue, he said my windows were installed correctly, but the rear latches had to much slack which was causing the flapping probably from the previous owner stretching out the soft top. Just an example as soon as I turn on the AC the windows expand quite greatly, even when I'm not moving. Is there anything I can do? Does Anyone have this problem. Thanks
